Landscape Service Plan

• Cut back perennials / grasses; remove debris from planting beds and related areas. 

• Remove dead wood on all shrubs / remove dead foliage on all evergreens due to winter burn.

• Cultivate and spade-edge planting beds. 

• Power rake, mow, edge, and trim turf.

• One application of fertilizer with pre-emergent weed-control to turf (no weed control if seeding).

• One application of fertilizer to planting beds.

• Weed and remove debris from planting beds and related areas deadhead all perennials, roses and summer annuals to promote growth and blooms throughout the summer months.

• Mow, edge, and trim turf.

• Spade-edge / cultivate grounds as needed to keep a manicured appearance to the landscape. 

• Two applications of fertilizer to turf in: May/June, and August. 

• One application of grub control to turf in June. 

• Clean up all walkways, patio areas, front curb side, and alley ways on a weekly basis.

• Cut back perennials as they fade; remove debris from planting beds and related areas.

• Rake, mow, edge, and trim turf.

• Cultivate and spade-edge planting beds. 

• One application of fertilizer to turf / planting beds in October or November.

• Hand pruning or shearing shrubs and small trees (under 12ft) included as needed in contract.

• Over-seed / aeration of turf in spring and fall (germination not guaranteed).

• Broadleaf weed control/ three fertilization applications as well as grub control.
